Product ordered via website and was first concerned when I received an additional charge on my debit card for an international transaction however I let it ride out. After 20 days of not receiving the product I went back on the website and accessed the account I had set up to make the purchase and confirmed that the order was listed, since there is no contact number I had to send an email requesting a status update on the order. Since that time I have sent at least 10 inquiries without response and my account on the sellers website has also been removed so I can no longer access the original order.
