Type of a scam Government Grant
I was called by Rosemary with the U S Government Federal Grant Department located in SW DC. I was selected with 1500 signatures to receive a $9000 grant. I asked why was I selected, she said because I was a good citizen who pays my bills on time, no bankruptcy, no criminal record. I asked what would it cost me and she said nothing. I said then send me a check and she couldn’t do that, I would have to choose a Visa or MC or go to walmart to pick up. She verified my address & age and gave me a reference # . I was to call back at the listed telephone number & give the person my grant ID confirmation number which was also the phone number & the reference number. I didn’t call back just called the ScamPulse.com instead.
