Received a robo call at 8:35am and was told that the dept of labor has been trying to reach me and that if I didn’t call 315 413-4088 I would be arrested. I knew this was a scam and I called the number. A middle eastern man answered identifying himself as being with the DOL. He asked for my name, I told him I did not believe he was with DOL and he hung up. The number they called is my business cell phone number that I have had for less than 2 months. Before me the number belonged to an elderly woman who had passed away a couple of years ago. These scammers prey on the elderly.
