Site that indicates it will help file an address update through USPS – for $24.95. I mistook it for the USPS / Update Your Address site, and went ahead with it. My mistake for not checking (this service sholud cost $1 in reality, and I was not thoughtful enough to check facts), but the vendor incorrectly filed the change so that another individual’s mail was incorrectly moved. When I called to resolve and cancel the inaccurate request, they stopped answering. My bank has been working to chargeback the funds, and is unable to reach the vendor line as well.
