Type of a scam Phishing
A local phone number sent a text asking for my name and asking why I contacted them (which I never did), and then followed up with 4 phone calls. Upon finally answering, a man with a foreign accent asked if my name was ***, and I answered yes, and then he went silent for a few seconds. He said he was calling about my inquiry with the United Nations, which I have never contacted ever, and I hung up.
