Type of a scam Online Purchase
This website is a scam. I ordered some beats waited for them and contacted customer service. On my account it said processing, but never shipped. I used the online chat and the lady Rowena left me and never came back. I got a hold of customer service and they told me my order has been canceled because it was out of stock. So basically I give you my money and I never get my product until I have to call to process a refund. Don’t put items on your website if you don’t have the stock you scam artists. Now I have to wait a week for a refund? When I checked out you guys had them available. Once I complained I look on the link and now it says “out of stock.” I will go to bbb as well. Whoever is running this company doesn’t know what there doing. I would love to hear from him/her. You guys already have 13 complaints filed with the ScamPulse.com you guys won’t last much longer with poor customer service and scamming us!
