An individual by the name of Megan Nelson contacted me about a vehicle I have listed for sale on Craigslist. She asked for a vehicle report and when I inquired further about what report she wanted she referred me to usavincheap.com to purchase a carfax report. If she liked the carfax report she would make me an offer and pay me for the carfax. After further research, I found that this website has only been registered for a few months.
