This company signed me up for an account without consent and now takes $40 from my bank account each month. They do not have a phone line to call for customer service and when I emailed them, it took them over a week to reply and by then, they said I had contacted them too late and they couldn’t refund me. They have taken over $150 from me in the past few months even though I have cancelled my account and put my account on pause more than once.
