This Company does not exist. USPM Called to "place a reorder" never told me a dollar amount. Just sent out product. I called the "Number" which a generic auto message came up. Got a hold of one person said I can send the product back they then called back saying they need to talk to a different person in warehouse. Warehouse turned out to be sales. they then said i can not return. They said the invoice was "mailed" out. 5 – 7 days after the shipment was sent. Which it would take 7-10 business days for the mail to reach us. Thus past the time frame to return it. when collections called the invoice was then sent via email already past the "Due Date" so there no fighting the bill. Called let them know i am not paying the bill and they do not have authorization to charge my card (which the collections person said they do not have a card on file, but the warehouse sales rep has my card on file) they told me they will refuse the box, at that point they hung up with me.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!
Do not give this company any information. They call you and imply that they are somehow associated with or part of a division of the US Postal Service, and somehow they have information regarding your postal usage and equipment! They mail you OVERPRICED knock-off products and a hefty bill — 4x the cost of what the actual company charges– and expect to not get caught?!?
