BEWARE*** Sam and Yuki are scammers! They posted a great deal on Rentler and once agreed to rent the townhouse continued to increase the price, change the address/pictures of the townhouse we had seen! They also disclosed that the other home they were going to list is supposed to be lived in by the owner for a year..They are frauds and have been reported to the ScamPulse.com of Utah. They only communicate by text message and use several different phone numbers.
