There was an add on indeed.com for a shipping job for a company called usa sending inc. I looked up the website usasending.com and there was plenty of information and pictures listed. I received a phone call for the interview from a 800 number and following that was documentation. There were W4 Forms, supervisor names, emails, and also help manual videos. Per watching the video, and following the links, everything appeared to be legit. I was informed that I would receive packages and inspect, take photos, print new labels and ship them off. Once I received the pages, I would upload the photos on a page called elben-backoffice.com. I would state that I received the product and then the label would be populated for me to print and send off. I was told that there was a flat rate of 2500 monthly and 25 for each successful package sent. Once the 30 days had passed, there was no communication further and none of the sites worked for me at all.

I was hired in July 2019. I received multiple packages for shipping and shipped them all out on time. I shipped exactly 16 separate items that I received. I have documented all of them. Anyways, when it came time to get my paycheck i could no longer log in to my account. Needless to say I have not been paid and I can’t get a hold of anyone who I previously had contact with.

They wanted me to ship packages for them. They asked for my w2, Social security card and ID to agree to the employment agreement. I sent them all my information. After a couple of days, a package came and a fake gold bar was in it. I sent the package out and never received anymore packages so I contacted my supervisors several times. No response. I then began to investigate this company and realized they are phoney and used fake websites, email tactics and advertising to lure victims like me. They will never send you the payment they promised and they are usually located in a different country. I was expecting to make 2500 a month. IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE LEGAL!!
I’ve copied and pasted some information below about an email they sent.

I’ve been applying for jobs left and right, yesterday I received an email from this Scammer regarding a job that looked very similar to the jobs I’ve been applying to. In the beginning it states "We are sending this email one more time.", however I looked through my emails and did not see anything previous from this sender or company. I noticed they do not have a phone number, nor do they state the name of who they are. They refer to themselves as "HR Department" but I’ve usually seen a name at the bottom of a response, with a phone number. I noticed they were located in Portland Oregon so that also made me question the email. I looked it up, and low and behold.

I am currently 6 months pregnant was placed on pelvic rest. It was hard looking for a job to accept my accommodations. I searched for jobs on indeed and applied to USA sending Inc. They sent me an email and onboarding packet. I filled out a W4 and sent out all my information. I started sending packages on Aug. 1 and was suppose to get paid Sep 1. On Aug 30 I couldn’t log into my site and was not able to get in contact with any other the "supervisors" that have been contacting me for the past month. One of their names was Victor Lis and the other Gabriel Bosko or their aliases. I am very devastated and hopes someone stops them from this because now I can’t get my car out the shop pay my rent nor fully prepare for my child’s arrival in a few months. I am truly hurt by this situation. I have every single receipt for all the items that I sent out.

This scam is on indeed. They will have you do everything that comes with starting a new job. You’ll have to set up your shipping dash board and then they’ll send expensive items such as gold and electronics with someone elses name and address and it you’ll have to reprint a label and send it off. Now the first time everything might match. But what raised a brow for me is when the names didn’t match. THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NOT BE PAID

I was hired by USA Sending to reship packages. I was offered the job through email and asked to fill out and return a W4, which included my personal information. I was given an application and it was even signed. I was interviewed over the phone as well. I was told I would be sent packages to my home for inspection, asked to send photos of the products and then ship to the addresses provided by the company. My pay is advertised at $2,500 per month plus a bonus of $25 for each package sent on time for an average income of $4,000 per month. I went on a prearranged trip when I can back I had and still have several packages. I went into log in and to send these packages back out and I was not able to log in. I have called several times and still have these packages. Finally today I got smart and got on this and found out I was not the only one. I checked it on ScamPulse.com when I first started and didn’t see anything. I am not sure what to do with the packages. At this point I just want to know what do do with these packages and my information that was sent out.

This email from USA sending emailed me about a shipping clerk position. I was intrigued because I was already looking for a work at home job and thought this job was a fit. They emailed me , called me for a phone interview and after interview they sent multiple emails stating they were hiring me for position and that they need some of my info like name address I’d, they also sent me a w-4 form , that’s when I didn’t think it be a scam. After a month of communication with the guy the day I was supposed to get paid he disappears and stops answering changes his number. I’m informing everyone because I was scammed and don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

They reached out to me offering a job via Email. I questioned how they receive my email, but considered that it might have been a job I applied to on Indeed.com the job title was: At Home, “Shipping Clerk”. They claimed that all I would have to do, is receive shipments, from Walmart etc, from clients from overseas. I would then have to open the packages to ensure the correct item are there, re-label and send them out with ore add shipping labels. The pay was above reasonable for such a simple job, which made it very suspicious. But I played along carefully. They called me for a job over the phone job interview and quickly offered me the job, with only asking a few simple questions. Soon after, they sent me a verification link where I had to upload my add. They made this seem more legit by asking me to cover the last few numbers of my ID. I took precaution and edited my name, address, and signature on the uploaded photo. Afterwards, they asked for a W4 to be filled out and emailed to them. This is where red flags were confirmed. I did not fill out the info, but decided to try to contact the company, I called them multiple times, as well as the so called “supervisors” for my area. After a few days of calling, with no prevail from 3 separate numbers, they have seized to email me again. Before asking for the w2, they were emailing me everyday. But once it came to that final step, they have went silent. I believe this is an extremely elaborate way to get peoples personal information.
When I first received the job offer, I checked the website. It was an incomplete page with visible scripts, like a new unfinished website. 2 days after, it was a completed website with multiple pages of information, masking itself as a legitimate company.
They even created a website to supposedly “track” the boxes. But now the password they provided me for the site, no longer works.
I have all the original emails, website links etc that they sent me.
