Through a too good to be true ad seen on Facebook, I purchased a fly fishing rod/reel combo. I received a Chinese tracking number that has been updated to show my package is in the United States and according to the service department it’s at my local post office. It is not! I’ve repeatedly asked for a contact phone number and they will not provide. They are emailing daily, but will not provide a number or a process to request a refund.
