Was going through Zillow to buy a house to live and gave them money and they asked for more then they would give key then he came Back saying his boss sold to another business and would another house asked for more money then not give keys so asked for refund and they are refusing to refund money

The person who contacted me is Miguel who called me later the same day trying to meet me at the rental house. instead he agreed to meet me the next day. He mentioned if he wouldn’t be able to be there it was ok to look around the property. He called me early the next day and said he was going to be 4 days out of town. he will meet me at the address and he mentioned again feel free to look around again. But when I got to the address the house didn’t look like the picture in the website. So I called him but the number he used was from a hospital. So I drove off. I don’t know why he was so anxious for me to look around the house. Now I’m a little paranoid
