As a former employee at Voxforem, i can assure they are a scam call centre. I worked their for a month before realizing that they were scamming elderly victims in the US. They pretend to be part of Microsoft and sell Microsoft Intune to the victims charging an insane amount of money for their so called “supports and services”. It was disheartening to see. They employ people from really poor backgrounds who have no idea that they are working for a scam call centre. As far as the employees are concerned, they are working for a legit call centre. Am really sorry to hear about your friend Gail, i heard they sell the card details of their customers too so i hope you find justice for your friend.

I couldn’t understand what the Indian guy was saying but he basically wanted to sell me some software and asked me to input my information on their website.
My friend was elderly and having problems mentally and physically, in and out of the hospital and finally passed 2019 had $3,313. taken from her account for VoxForem services in the last five months of her life, two withdrawals done after she passed. I am trying to get a refund back from them but there is no answer on the 24/7 line or email response or media messaging. I have turned them into the better business bureau and am pursuing other avenues.
