A neighbor told me about a site called V.I.P. Chihuahua so I went on the site I looked a puppy and noticed the email address that I was interested they emailed me back I even talked to someone on the phone he told me the puppy will be on hold so the day I go to get the puppy I go to walmart and do the tarnfer call him with the info he said it will take a few hours to process everything for delivery so then he texted me saying everything went through and to check my email for the time the puppy will be leaving and arriving for me to pick it up at the airport I checked my email it had all the info then i get a email saying the puppy had no life insurance and I had to go back to walmart and send 750 and I will get it back when the puppy comes I texted the man and told him about the email he said he got the same info he said that they will give me the money back I told him I didnt have it he said he was going to send me my money back on Monday I dont know what to do and I want my money and them to pay for the crime they are committing
