This company has been calling me for months on end, different numbers but still the same company. The company is located in OR, but the phone number shows as a local AL number. I have asked time and time again to take me off of their calling list. They still continue to call using different numbers. When you call back on a different number than they called, like a land line, they will not answer any questions for your and will hang up on you after they tell you who they are with. Vehicle Warranty Services, I do believe is a major SCAM!!! They seem to know what kind of vehicle you may own but none of the details, as in mileage.

After a moment of answering the phone "hello" repeatedly, a woman introduced herself saying that she was from "toyota vehicle services" and "is Erica Staples (my wife) available". I told her.no, this is my phone what can I do for you. She responded "are you the owner of the 2010 toyota matrix?" And as soon as I responded "yes, are you affiliated with the dealer" she hung up.

Recorded message asked twice if you could hear him. I did not answer. Then the recorded voice explained that my vehicle’s warranty had expired and asked if I wanted more information on a vehicle warranty. I answered yes. Then the recorded voice asked if I still owned the vehicle. I answered yes. Then the recorded voice asked if I was primary driver. I answered yes. Then they hung up on me.
