Does not fulfill orders and doesn’t respond for refunds or order cancellations. Looked up and a lot of other people complaining about similar experiences on comments. Targeting people by stating they donate masks if you purchase but don’t think they fulfill on either ends. A complete scam and now I’m out money not expendable and masks that would help myself and my daughter comply with city’s regulations. Every time I browse sm their add pops up frequently and really want to prevent others of being taken advantage.
