I am a senior citizen. On 3/19/20 because of COVID-19 I placed an order on Whitmany’s web site totaling $91.12 for hand sanitizer ($23.13) and a Digital laser infrared forehead thermometer ($67.99). A month later I tried to go the web site to find out the status of my order. It was gone. I emailed them and I got a response from [email protected] with a tracking number. That was a dead end. I have been emailing them to refund my money and cancel the order. I am being told to have patience and wait because of shipping exportation from China. Which I didn’t know was coming from China because I would not have placed the order. I am realizing now that I was probably scammed. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
