Ordered a JBL brand name product from a Facebook advertisement, after numerous emails asking where my products were they kept delaying blaming it on covid shipping times. After 3+ months the product finally showed up and it was not the product at all. It was clearly a knock off using inferior parts and branding was changed and blocked out from what was advertised. They are ripping off other companies brand names to sell you cheap knock off products.
Upon stressing my complaints to them via email they wanted me to send them more more to process an RMA, needless to say i am not comfortable sending them anymore money as this site is a scam.

This website advertised their product as JBL brand speakers. They are NOT JBL brand speakers. The speakers I received are not at all what they were supposed to be.
I contacted them to tell them, they apologized. I asked them 3 times for an address to ship them back and they keep avoiding my question, answering my email with the SAME email, apologizing for the situation. I just want to ship them back for a full refund, I keep telling them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
