January 16,2020, I received a phone call, the call number was coming from my local County sheriff’s department. The man said he had a some documents to deliver from a company that was suing me.He gave me a number and name of company. He stated my home address and would deliver the paperwork the next day between 3-5pm. (I saw no papers that next day. On January 16, I called the company Wexler and Associates to see what the document was about, they stated I owe on a credit card account and was being sued $1842.00, but would settle for $852.58 out of court. I then called the original company which told me, I never had any account numbers, but they would investigate. The lady from Wexler and Associates, that says they were suing me, said they would get back to me in 30days. They have my last 4 SS numbers and an old address and my name. (Wexler and Associates) That the scary part that they have so much of my personal information.
