Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Received a priority mail envelope with Check enclosed for $2867.64. Instruction sheet with direction to deposit the check, withdrawal $400 for my “commission” and use $2,425 to purchase eBay gift cards in multiple denominations. Scratch off the silver area and take pictures of front and back and the pin and submit with observations of the store and cashier.
