Placed an order from the Hemlinera website December 13th 2019 for a vitamix blender. I received a confirmation email regarding my purchase stating that it takes about 15 to 20 days after the shipment date in order for me to receive my item. It’s well over the delivery window and now it is January 31st 2020 and still have not received my item. I have emailed the company because it’s no contact online so I emailed this company numerous times wanting an update and tracking information only to be redirected to a tracking website in a foreign language with no concrete evidence or tracking of my package. Again, the order was of a Vitamix blender that I never received. This company is a scam! Save yourself the headache and frustration.
