This wig company is taking advantage of women with hair loss who order wigs to cover their various medical conditions. I have Female patter baldness a form of Alepecia that will not grow back. I wear wigs to cove the baldness. On 6/13 I placed a wig order of $189.00 for a wig. The confirmation I received stated I would receive it in 5-7days. I still have not received the product as of today. I have called the companies phone number only to get a recoding telling customers to contact them at [email protected] I have sent three emails with no response. I don’t make much money and it took me a while to save up enough to place my order..now they have taken my money and have not sent the wig. The website has since been replaced with a maintenance message. After more research I see this has happened to many others as well. Like the others I places a complaint with the better business bureau, awaiting a response from the wig company. Please do something to stop this and aid in the retrieval of my money or the product.
