No response is received (stated policy is 48 hrs). Multiple online complaints about same issue with no resolution. Several complaints to the CA Attorney General’s office.

There is no contact info for the company. No phone number or email or address. They charge you.. Say they’ll give you a full refund but charge you shipping and an almost $16 fee. So regardless of return they make money for each purchase. The product is not real! I have yet to receive my refund and have not been able to get in contact with anyone! Save yourself the trouble and do not fall for their scam!
