Walmart Marketplace is seeking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This is a long-term and virtual position. 5-7 hours are required weekly, and weekly pay is $400/Week and $30 will be added to every extra hour. You can work for your own set of hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
3. Maintain contact list
4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letter, faxes, and fors
5. Book travel arrangements
6. Provide information by answering questions and requests
Requirement:
1. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
2. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organizational and planning skills
5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
