Online Havanese puppy purchase. Sent $700 throughZelle wire service. Puppy was supposed to be delivered by a company called Moonlighting Pets Agency. When they said by text that they needed an additional $1500 to rent a special crate and would return most of the money, we realized that we were scammed.
