First my whole screen went blue and their number popped up , I called on the number then they showed me some non existent problem and duped my money
Tech support experts are very knowledgeable of computers and printers. They are very helpful and kind. They have an abundance of patience. They are easy to work with. I have been using their services for several years, I always get exceptional service.
Fabulous experience! The best ever tech support in the 40 years I’ve been a computer user. Dave was patient, personable and well-informed & fixed the problems I was having. Will tell others about it. Yes, I certainly will recommend your service to family and friends.
I was upset that my computer and printer were not working properly. Dan assured me that he would be able to help out and he did a superb job communicating to me each step of the process. He was patient and reassuring which caused me to feel comfortable. I purchased the three years support program due to his support.

This outfit uses browser pop up windows to target victims. The pop up locks down the computer of the victim, while displaying a phone number to call for help getting the computer working again.
My 83 year old mother in law fell for the trick and dialed the number. She talked with a guy with Indian accent who claimed to “represent a company that work with Microsoft” and then very professionally told her she had virus and malware on her computer, and convinced her she needed to give him access to her computer. Once inside her computer he uninstalled Malwarbytes that she had running on her PC to protect it from malware, and replaced it with a copy of Symantec antivirus software – this may have been a manipulated version of it, or it may have been something completely different… He also installed new versions of Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox, both probably manipulated in some way. He also installed two browser hijackers on her computer and a program that allowed her to contact his “service”. He also placed the phone number to his “service” visible in the start menu bar, so she could call him if need be, all seemingly very legit and professional.
After doing all this “work” he managed to talk her into signing up for a computer insurance plan for 5 years, costing $499.99, and made her disclose the routing number and account number to her bank so he, the scammer, could withdraw the funds from there, supposedly after he would send her an agreement in the mail for her to sign, before he would withdraw the funds. Luckily I heard about this whole affair through my brother in law and managed to clean up my mother in law´s computer from all the junk the “service company” had installed. And we also moved the money out of her bank account so there would be none for the scammer to collect. All in all they caused a big mess, a lot of trouble, and a lot of anxiety.
This is the second time she is scammed by this type of “service”. They are very good at it, very convincing. Being old and computer illiterate she falls for it, since she doesn´t want to bother me with her computer problems – causing a hundredfold more trouble in doing so. But that is how it is getting old, and the scammers profit from it.
I had called when my computer was not turning on. Andy assisted me to bring my computer back in shape, so great service. He resolved my issue within about 1 hour and had to remove some bad information on my computer. Would highly recommend to anyone. The prices are very fair compared to other companies that wanted to charge me much more.
