I ordered clothing from online store who sent advertisements via Facebook. Name of company is Yolons. I paid them $191 total. I received a package missing 3 items totaling $73.
I emailed them on website email. Reply from Yolons stated: "this packaged shipped and shows received. If you have any other concerns, please email. From Mandy". I sent detailed reply with screenshots and itemization of items and cost. Requested products or refund and immediate reply. Sent the same email 4days in a row.
No response for 5 days from Yolons/Yo lons.
