Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I found a listing for a car on craiglist, contacted the seller through the telephone number listed on the position. I received several emails from the seller she sent pictures of the vehicle including the copy of the title. I then received an invoice from "ebay motors" which was fake. Requesting a deposit of $1500 for the purchase of the vehicle which was $3000. The invoice requested a moneygram transfer to a person in OK, his picture and address were listed. When I contacted the seller they told me the car would arrive that day it was being shipped from NY. Needless to say ebay had no record of this transaction it was all a scam.
