Type of a scam Yellow Pages/Directories
This company sent a fax to my husbands company representing themselves as a yellow page marketing. My husband assumed that it was for our local phone book ad. We have not sent any money to them and will not send any as I did research and found that this company has done this under several different names. They are now sending us a invoice stating they are filing legal action against us. The invoice is for $1,484.00 with 9- $50 reminder fees attached to an original amount of $1,041.00. This invoice says on it in large print that it is not a bill. They are requesting payment by check only and made out to Legal Department

They have taken pictures of a ad online under Yellow Pages Tennessee at the bottom is another company’s name and address

Please help shut this scammer down
My husband suffers from a memory issue and this kind of stuff is very stressful to my family and I am sure other families and businesses.
