On February 6, and February 9 I ordered an 516 Insignia – 10.1 – Tablet – 32GB – Black tablet. I received a purchase confirmation for each of them, then about a week later I received shipping confirmation…neither included a tracking number. I emailed to ask how long it would take, and was told the are shipped directly from the manufacturer and I should have them between 2 and 6 weeks. I called when the sixth week came, I called and it went directly to voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and got no response, as well as sent 2 emails. I finally involved my bank, who is investigating.

Purchased an Amazon fire 7" tablet. Showed the price at $29.99 on their website. Paid – received order confirmation. Few days later – got an email that the item has been shipped. No tracking number. Replied and asked for a tracking number. Got a reply that the item ships "Directly from the manufacturer and they do not provide any tracking number. Item should arrive in 2-6 weeks time". Waited- almost 2 months (Ordered 01/31/18, today is 03/23/18) – no sign of package. Emailed them 2 times asking for a refund – no reply. Called their number – goes to some kind of voice mail directly. Does not even ring. Searched internet – not a squeak about this fraud. So posting this in the hope that others find it and do not get duped and loose money or time. I have also reported this to my credit card company.
