Pre qualify call from a person with a very difficult accent to understand.
" you can get 9,000 from the Federal govt. under the rescue recovery act.
Call this number(above)and give them this code: my initials and the last digets of the phone number. I called and another man with accent told me if I gave credit card,debit card, bank account number or wire transfer it will happen immediately. I asked a lot of questions and the guy hung up on me.
First call came from 315-779-5262.
Obvious scam.
