On 4/29/19 I paid $764.08 for a THRONE bicycle (including pedals to be purchased from the urban cyclist) at The Urban Cyclist in Denver. I was assured by Darrin (Owner) that the bike would arrive from the distributor in LA in two business days and that I would receive tracking info by the end of said day. ** I had NOT (Like an [censored]) read the previous claims of theft from the shop. A few days go by. Emails bounce back. No response to texts. No one answers the phone (all during business hours) I even go by the shop (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) to fin it closed. On the third day I contacted the distributer where said bike is allegedly coming from to find that the bike has NOT been shipped and the company will not be sending ANY bikes due to Darrin’s non payment as well as claims of theft. We disputed charges only to have them come up again because Darrin lied and said I picked up the bike. Well not only is that a LIE but said bike was NEVER shipped. I have an email from Ike Solano (manager at THRONE bikes) stating that NO bike was sent. Also, I ended up buying the bike directly from THRONE, and at a discount because of what I had to go through. I have already filed fraud charges. Do NOT patronize this "business". I still can’t use my discover card!!!!!
