I paid what I thought was Top Level PR for marketing help on our crowdfunding campaign. It turns out, the real company is Crowd PR Guru, as shown on the credit card statement. Presumably, the company Crowd PR Guru markets itself under Top Level PR because of the many online complaints about the services paid for and not delivered by Crowd PR Guru. We have seen little evidence that the company has done any meaningful work aimed at gaining supporters for our Kickstarter campaign. In fact, at most one supporter who contributed $1 could possibly be attributed to Top Level PR / Crowd PR Guru. After trying to discuss our dissatisfaction with their services, the Top Level PR representatives refused to return our emails or calls.
