I purchased a bumper online on 1/4/2018 and through many many phone calls was promised that the bumper was going to come. Fast forward a full month later, the bumper still isn’t here. I’ve been provided a tracking number that is reported as never picked up by SpeeDee. He has stopped responding to phone calls and also doesn’t respond to texts.
He says he will speak to his "supervisor" or his "shipping department" but never calls back or tells the truth.
