Low ball a bid to trim trees. Ask for deposit. Start job, ask for remainder of the cost and then they are gone! Claim miscommunication, did not understand, bid too low. Will not come back but promise they will. Have quote in writing from them but they claim confusion on numbers. Example We will trim multiple trees (in writing) but we really meant one tree. One person gives you the quote and another person claims that they will make everything right.
