Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was shopping for a pair of Nike sneakers and found the pair that I wanted on their website. I ordered them. I was noticed my debit/credit card was charged $10 more than it was supposed to be. I emailed the company. I didn’t get a response. I was supposed to get an email within 1-2 days with the shipping information, I didn’t get anything. After 4 emails, I was certain I was being scammed. Then I got a package in the mail. They were NOT the shoes that I ordered and paid $103 for. They were Nike but they were cheap and not a new style. I ordered Nike Air Max Supreme 3 sneakers and was sent Nike Free 5.0 sneakers. I have photos if needed. I have sent an email to the company every day since I got the shoes and have still not gotten a response. I ordered them on April 27, 2016. I checked their website and there is not a phone number to contact them. I found another email, but it is not a valid email address. The email I sent was returned to me. The address on the package they sent to me doesn’t even seem real so I am nervous to try and send the shoes back to them. I don’t know what to do. I never buy myself anything nice and I finally chose sneakers for myself for Mother’s day and this is what I get! This "company" should not be allowed to do this to people and their website should be taken down and there should be some kind of justice. I cannot be the only one they have done this to. Something needs to be done.
