The Tagliker website prides itself as a service that automatically likes instagram photos for a fee. I paid for a fee in the amount of $2.97 for a total of 5000 likes. The website did not issue any likes nor did they respond to the two inquiries I have sent out to them. I have reason to believe this is a fraudulent website scamming people for their money.
