I placed an order on tailgategiant.com on December 2nd 2015 for a USC camping chair. When I didn’t receive an email confirming that my order had gone through I contacted the website directly via email. I looked in my spam folder and saw I had received an email stating an order number and a ship date of 3 to 7 days. After a couple of days I still didn’t receive any type of confirmation from them. I then tried to email again with no response. On the 7th I emailed again stating if I hadn’t received my product by the end of the day I would contact my bank to cancel payment. I then received an email back from Tailgate stating it was on the way give them a few more days. Finally today I called and canceled payment. I looked up reviews for this website and I am not the only person this has happened to.
