Type of a scam Tech Support
Person informed me the consumer that error messages were received and needed to be corrected on my computer. I questioned how could they see my error messages and was told any time I go on the internet it would generate a message in regards to windows. When I questioned how they could see my messages the inquired if I had a computer. I never said I did. I said oh my what do I need to do. The person then said if I would go to my computer they would walk me through to correct it. That is when I hung up the phone. The spoke with a heavy mid-eastern accent.
