I was trying to set up my Amazon Alexa with no success. I was referred to this company by a third party. During the conversation with a male with an accent, I was suspicious but fell for it anyway. I feel so stupid. Through the conversation I was told I had two emails in my system from Mexico that has given me a virus. This person did not assist me to become connected to Alexa. I was sent an invoice, that looked business like for $199.99. I paid by check and when I reviewed the signature on the back of the check it was endorsed in hand writing. A business does not endorsed a check in that fashion. I phoned the phone number above and was only asked about my information and would not answer when I asked him why a personal signature was on my check. He just remained asking for my information such as invoice number. I gave him no information and hung up. When I phoned back to inform them of this complaint they continued to ask me questions.i again hung up.

On December 4, I contacted Amazon to report my firestick wasn’t operating, I was connected with a woman who claimed my computer had a Trojan Horse attached to it, she then connected me with this gentleman who supposedly cleaned my computer charging me 204.00. This check was picked up by Fed Ex, this check is being sent to a person named Jenni Sterk at 1087 200th Street, Pella, Iowa 50219, I have learned that this person or address does not exist, these people are using Amazon to commit fraud.
