Type of a scam Tech Support
On Jan 10, 2016 I received a call from 1-844-723-2329 . They people told me that they are from Microsoft technical support and told me that my computer gets hacked. They connected with computer and showed me some stuffs on black window . After that they charged me $1000 for network security, they told me that this is important for your computer to stay protected from hacker.
But when i called to Microsoft they people told me that i have been scammed because Microsoft never call to the customer and there is nothing like network security.
I have written a mail to owner of Technosoft it technology llc company for my refund but they are not refunding my money. I have paid through my check. So please take a strict action against this company so that this company never scam to othere
