I ordered a few color smoke "Vapeful Effect" items from this site and started to check in with them after a month of not receiving my item. They gave me a tracking number which was never real. I then followed up with them for the following 3 months with them saying they could not refund my money because the items had already been shipped. Now 5 months later, I still have no items and lost the $60 it cost to get the items, plus had to change my debit card because it was compromised through this company. On top of that I realized that they have no real people working at this company because the "unique" emails I received from "employees" in the customer srevice department were copied and pasted. I got the same sympathetic email from 2 separate names. This is a huge scam.
