Owner of the Santarelli Exchange trade room misrepresents the quality of his live traderoom, educational videos and trade alert services. The quality of his services and materials are substandard because he is all over the places, and because he has to be absent to tend to his constant personal dramas and health crisis which he makes personal videos and post them on Facebook. If he is present for work, then everyday he will tell the pay members in the chatroom that he will make an educational video, but there will be no video. He would post 1 or 2 short educational videos per month on Facebook for anyone including paid members & general public. So what is the point of paying membership fee? In the live chatroom he runs, there are a few core members who do a lot of small talk unrelated to trading.
