I made a purchase a couple months back, and still have not received my product. I have tried twice to contact their customer service to find out where my order was, and I have been given the same generic automated email reply (in which they state they will get back in up to 4 weeks?!), but have never gotten any answers. I looked to the internet to see if any other people were having this issue, and apparently it has happened to hundreds of people if not more. It is unacceptable, and corrupt that a company would take someone’s money, and never send a product in return.
