Twin Cities contacts you to because a large company wants to rent our your time share for 10 weeks. You put up the money for the maintenance fees and any taxes. The monies for both parties are deposited into the escrow account Candlelight Escrow to be exact. The money is wired into a Mexico account. The actual timeshare is in Mexico, that how they explain the reason the money is wired there and not into the Candlelight Escrow account in Independence MO.
They constantly call with needing more money due to the Mexican government requiring more money, or time on the signed contract runs out.
This scam continued for over 3 months with an estimated loss of over $50,000.00
