I worked at this building for 4 months and heard of no such name. The owner Stephen Hagerman was on Channel four news for being a slum lord. The employees were told to sale all the homes I even purchased one because I dont watch the news. The homes with the most issues were to be sold immediately do it City crack down. Steve Hagerman or Stephen Hagerman promised to fix the home , the company advertises they will fix your home to code than say you purchased as is . I have a report from 2014 from the City of Detroit asking them to correct the issues with this home in 2018. They sold me a house my kids cant live in and harass me daily. The company and employee have drove pass my home came to my home and call me text me daily since I left the company. The experience has been so upsetting I plan to leave the state. The company that are located at 18438 Morang are DMCF Westside Brick LLc , Unique Rental MLC, LLC , Own Home llc and more. This businesses are listed in West Bloomfield and doing business in Detroit. This is not a Real Estate agency no one is licensed he has 600 + homes. I was told not give out furnaces in the summer also I was asked to get a mouse out the sink, clean the sink and sale the house , I went home and cried , I could not do that.
