Took over my computer. Had numbers running all over the screen. A pop up appeared saying my computer was crashing and to call the number listed. I assumed it was Microsoft and called. They took control of my computer to " fix it." Gave them my credit card number. Was billed over $400 . Next day I received a call from the same people who said my computer was not fixed, credit cards charges were voided and I was to send $ 550 to an address in New Delhi , India. I refused, checked my credit card and found the charges were still there.
