I mad a purchase on Oct. 6 for $59.94 for a 2 in 1 straightening and curling iron and have never received the item to date and on the website it said ships in 7-10 days. I have emailed their contact info on their web page and I have never gotten a reply. I used a prepaid visa card for payment and there were 2 other charges on that card that I did not make both were in the amount of $5.95. I tried calling the number on the back of the card, Metabank.com as they say they are FDIC but they have some foreign person on This website is operated by thesaleguru. the call and they were not very helpful in trying to recover funds. I have been scammed and I am upset that they have gotten away with it thus far.

I placed an order for the Tyme curling iron on September 23, 2017. Money was withdrawn on September 23rd for $54.94. I received a tracking number via email, but it shows no information and product sitll not received. I inquired into delay, and said it could take up to 5 weeks to ship. I have gone back to them for why it is still not shipped, with the emails provided by them via their website (no phone numbers listed) and now all of their email addresses are bouncing back and the mailbox is full. SCAM!!!!!!

I bought a 2 in 1 curling iron and straightener from this site. They said it would ship in 8-10 days. A week past and I got no tracking number. I emailed them and asked about my order. A lady named Catherine sent me an email saying it could take 2-3 week. I sent her another email the next day asking for a refund instead. She then replied saying my product already shipped and was help up in customs. I said to her that was hard to believe because she just told me it would take 2-3 weeks and it was delayed. I had asked for a refund several times. It has been over 3 weeks since my purchase and have not received product.

There was an ad for a 2-in-1 curling iron for 50% off limited offer. I looked into and saw good comments on the post and thought I’d give it a try, but gut felt it was fishy but I still placed an order. I did research after the fact (unfortunately) and saw complaints about this website and it being fake and a scam. they took the money right away. the number listed is fake and email’s never get responded to.

I purchased a straightening hair iron I saw on Facebook from this company. Received two emails that product had been shipped . Today went to track with tracking number and is an invalid number . Decided to google reviews and saw that complaints had been filed about this company doing this frequently. The phone number is bogus and e mail appears to be as well . I have bought products I’ve seen on Facebook frequently, yet will never do again .
