On October 13, 2018 my laptop was froze with an important message to call “Microsoft “ technical support. I call the number (866-520-9436) ext. 2521 and spoke with “Mike” who informed me my computer had a virus. After they took control of my computer and hours on the phone I paid $295 for cleanup and installation of the Macafee security system. This is a total scam! I will be taking my laptop to a local computer service or Best Buy….
